Organized and supported by LEPL College "Mermisi", representatives of the college participated in the international "Training of Trainers" workshop held in Hajdúszoboszló, Hungary, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program under the international cooperation project “NextGenVET – Building Resources and Capacities for the Next Generation of Drones and Pilots."”
The training was dedicated to modern challenges in vocational education and future technologies. The main objective was to promote the integration of drone technologies and digital skills into vocational education, introduce modern learning resources and innovative teaching methods, and share new knowledge and practical skills. For the participants, this was an opportunity not only to get acquainted with new technologies, but also to share modern teaching methodologies and enhance their professional skills.
The international cooperation experience was particularly significant — the training brought together vocational education representatives from Georgia, Hungary, and Romania, creating valuable opportunities for knowledge sharing and establishing new professional connections.
The acquired knowledge and experience serve not only the personal professional development of the participants — it will be shared with the college’s students and colleagues, contributing to the development of modern, innovative, and technology-driven vocational education at “Mermisi.”
