College \u201cMermisi\u201d selected its five representatives based on their professional experience and the relevance of their expertise to the project\u2019s themes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the Ideathon, participants worked on ideas for cross-regional projects, discussed needs and challenges in vocational education and training, exchanged experiences, and explored new opportunities for international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representatives of \u201cMermisi\u201d actively contributed to the working sessions, sharing the College\u2019s experience and professional perspectives with international partners.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For College \u201cMermisi,\u201d international cooperation is a two-way process.
