Mermisi College has successfully concluded its first Erasmus+ program. Three promising culinary arts students, Nikolos Namgaladze, Luka Makharadze, and Saba Grigalashvili, embarked on a three-month culinary adventure to Budapest, Hungary. The Erasmus+ experience extended beyond the kitchen. Our students had the opportunity to explore the rich cultural heritage of Hungary, visit historic landmarks, and interact with locals. This cultural exchange broadened their horizons and enriched their overall understanding of the world.
Upon their return, the students brought back not only culinary expertise but also a renewed passion for their craft. This invaluable experience will undoubtedly shape their future careers, enabling them to excel in the competitive hospitality industry.
